Pada industri minyak dan gas bumi, beberapa aktifitas akuntansi menjadi sangat penting untuk dipahami bagi setiap person yang terlibat di dalamnya. Hal ini telah diatur dalam Quality Accounting System (QAS). Setiap proses pengukuran, penghitungan dan pembuatan laporan akhir kuantitas dan kualitas minyak bumi, seberapa besar gas diproduksi, persediaan di Storage Tank atau Floating Storage, dituangkan dalam QAS. Untuk menghindari terjadinya kerugian besar Minyak & Gas, harus dipahami beberapa hal yang harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan formulir standar.
Oleh karena itu dalam kursus ini kita akan menyoroti masalah ini sebagai brainstorming bagi peserta, mengacu peraturan pemerintah, prosedur BPMIGAS, standar Internasional (ASTM-IP, AGA) untuk memenuhi internasional Standard Oil Company, dan aturan yang berlaku.
Kursus ini juga menjelaskan tentang cara menghitung hak berdasarkan Kontrak PSC dan bagaimana untuk mencalonkan dan mengangkat hak dari Terminal, berdasarkan off mengambil Prosedur.
